THE FOLLOWING DISHES ARE SERVED EVERY DAY EXCEPT ON SUNDAY AT LUNCHTIME :
Small menu : Mountain ham, country bacon, home-made jelly, assorted salads, rustic salad, Kohlberg plate (assorted cold meats)
Starters : Duck foie gras, morel pastry, jelly with French dressing, rillettes of carps, smoked truit fillet, Munster cheese raviole, snails casserole
Fish : Fried carps sundgau way, frog legs with Riesling sauce and rice, steamed Peter's fich fillet, pikeperch on sauerkraut
Meat : Warm ham, cordon bleu, beef steak with morel sauce, veal chop in a mustard seed sauce, roasted saddle of lamb
Desserts: "Kougelhopf glacé", "vacherin nougatine", chocolate mousse, fresh fruit salad, crème brulée, pie, ice cups, sorbets with alcohol
