A colourful stay!

Your stay in Lucelle is an opportunity to try out a new activity in the Haut Rhin. Walking along the paths and roads of the Haut-Rhin, it is difficult to imagine that the expression "green tourism" is better suited to another region. Between meadows, forests and mountains, nature displays its most beautiful landscapes and its most beautiful colours here. To take full advantage of this, for a weekend or a longer stay, take the many paths that criss-cross the region. The Haut-Rhin is a real paradise for hikers, Nordic walkers and others.


Near the hotel, for example, combine the pleasures of walking with the discovery of history by taking the the Moroccan Trail in Winkel.
Another walk will take you to the heart of the Glaserberg massifon the heights of Winkel. You will cross the state forest of St Pierre and the beech tree alley, to reach the Neuneich Pass from where you can contemplate the magnificent landscapes of the Alsatian Jura.
If you prefer to enjoy this beautiful natural environment by bike, a must-do activity in the Upper Rhine, take to the cycle paths along the towpaths, Roman roads or old railway lines.

Mountain biking in the Haut Rhin

Thanks to its varied terrain, the Haut-Rhin is also a favourite place for mountain bikers.

Around our hotel, the domain Sundgau mountain bike gathers 33 circuits of different difficulties, which allows everyone, expert or beginner, to practice this sport.


We offer you the possibility to rent about 30 mountain bikes and 2 electric bikes, starting from the hotel, and we will provide you with maps of mountain bike or cyclos circuits, on request.

To vary the pleasures, you can also discover the Haut Rhin on horseback. Numerous riding centres and farms offer mounted rides, but also rides in a wagon or cart.



In summer, many other sports activities await you in the Upper Rhine, such as golf, fishing... In winter, the village of Winkel invites you on its five hiking trails to practise the nordic skiing or the cross-country skiing. In the vicinity, the Glaserberg tours You can enjoy snowshoeing and the magnificent snowy panoramas of the Alsatian and Swiss Jura.
